Safi Solutions was born out of a desire to experience life more abundantly. Founder Karina Escalante wanted to use her expertise to make a meaningful contribution to society, while also having more time and flexibility to build relationships and seek adventure. Our mission at Safi is to help you achieve your work-life goals too. We will work together to take a proactive approach to your business’ accounting. Experience
With a Masters in Accounting from Western Carolina University and over 7 years of professional experience working with small businesses at a CPA firm, founder and owner, Karina Escalante has ample experience and expertise to help your business stay on track and achieve its financial goals.
The journey
My journey as an accountant started in 2006 when I “accidentally” took my first accounting course at the local community college. I feel fortunate to have discovered a skill that I enjoyed and wanted to develop at a young age. I then had the privilege of working my first bookkeeping job with my grandmother. She taught me all the ins and outs of bookkeeping, it is an experience that I will always cherish. I continued working a variety of bookkeeping jobs while I finished college and eventually earned a bachelors and masters degree in accounting. In 2013 I started working at a CPA firm preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses. During my seven years at the firm, I developed a motivation to have a more proactive role in helping small businesses succeed. So, I decided to create Safi Solutions, LLC.
I love problem solving. Once I have a good understanding of your business, I look forward to discovering solutions to help address your unique needs. Let me help you create the business and life of your dreams.
